SO, JOHN Swinney is being blamed for the closure of the Bon Accord Baths in Aberdeen.
Firstly, I never used the Bon Accord Baths.
Secondly, why on earth are councils paying for this sort of thing?
If I can go a little Barry Goldwater on you all here - if we complain about soaring council taxes we can't sit back when the council expands its scope of services. After all, these things have to be paid for.
Hopefully this should lead to a debate - with increasing levels of council tax, what do we expect councils to provide?
