HAVING JUST watched some Fox News coverage I was stunned to see that Gordon Brown and Nicolas Sarkozy are proposing plans to "control" the price of oil.
I wonder what the North Sea oil industry will feel about that? As if Brown hasn't done enough to destroy it.
